Qingdao Injelic locates at Qingda Industrial Park of Chengyang District. The company is in the economic development zone of Jiaozhouwan, Qingdao City. There is 300m far away from the entry of Jinan—Qingdao express way, 20km away from Qingdao Port, 45km away from form export of Huangdao, 6km away from Qingdao International Airport. No.204 State Highway and Shuangyuan Road cross through Industrial Park, so it possesses the transportation advantages of sea, land and air.

 

The company was founded in 2002; its predecessor is Qingdao Link Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. In September 2008, it joined the Injelic Precision Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd, and founded two companies including Qingdao Injelic Mould Co., Ltd, and Qingdao Injelic Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Total registered capital of Qingdao Injelic is RMB 46,000,000, and it covers the area of 20,000m2, 11,000m2 plant. The number of employees is more than 260, including 90 technical employees.

 

Qingdao Injelic is the base for mould R&D and manufacturing, is the auto projects and technology development center of the Group. The main products include precision plastic molds, plastic and spray products. It has supplied for TOYOTA、GM、MAZDA、FORD、HYUNDAI、VOLKSWAGEN、SONY、SINDOH、Haier etc. It has the right to import and export business.

 

The company has the domestic first-class CAD/ CAM/ CAE technology, advanced mold manufacturing, injection molding, spray production equipment and testing equipment, including Precision EDM machine, Large Double EDM machine, CNC Machining Center, Die press machine, Gun drill machine and injection machine from 60T to 2400T, ABB robot coating line, Spray robot, hexagon coordinate measuring machine, High low temperature alternating damp and hot test box, colorimeter, Ultrasonic Thickness etc. The current annual production capacity has achieved to more than 800 sets of large middle and small-size moulds and 50 million plastic parts.
